Cha Joo-young’s VOGUE KOREA bag video includes a compact power bank she bought at an airport before a trip. At around 6:01, she takes it out, opens its support and demonstrates how it attaches to the back of her phone. The interesting detail is the combination of portable charging and a fold-out phone stand.

An airport purchase she used on the trip

Cha explains that she was looking for something she might need while travelling when she bought the battery. She liked its appearance and thought the opening design was a useful idea. In the video, she shows the accessory doing more than sitting in her bag: it can support the phone when placed upright.

She also says it was still inside the bag when she brought it out again after some time. The segment has the feel of a real look through her belongings, including an object that remained from a previous trip.

What the demonstration confirms

The visible product has a flat rectangular body and a part that opens out. Cha refers to MagSafe when showing the magnetic attachment to her phone, then demonstrates the stand. Those are the features that can be identified from this segment.

The video does not clearly establish a brand, exact model, battery capacity or charging output. A similar shape is not enough to identify a specific product, and the footage cannot tell us how many times it will charge a phone. For a purchase comparison, those specifications need to come from the actual manufacturer’s listing.

Check the phone and case together

Apple explains that MagSafe accessories use magnets to align with supported iPhone models and compatible MagSafe cases. That general explanation helps make sense of the attachment shown in the video. It does not mean that Cha’s particular battery is an Apple product.

Before choosing a similar accessory, check your phone model, case and the battery manufacturer’s compatibility information. If you normally use a wallet or another accessory on the back of your phone, consider how it will need to be removed or repositioned for charging. Also check that the attached battery does not obstruct the camera area or make the phone awkward to hold.

Compare charging and stand features separately

The battery specifications and the stand design answer different questions. Capacity, output and the input connector describe how the battery is used and recharged. The support mechanism determines how the phone can sit on a table, including its angle and stability.

If you want to use a phone in landscape orientation, confirm that the specific product supports it. Cha’s demonstration is a useful example of the format, but it does not establish every orientation, phone size or case combination that a similar battery can support.

Think about the length of your usual day out and the space in your bag as well. A design that is convenient to carry should still meet your actual charging needs. For a flight, check the current carriage guidance from the airline you will use.

The idea to take from Cha’s bag is a practical one: a battery that folds flat for carrying can also provide a place to stand a phone. Her video shows the everyday use case, while the final choice should depend on the specifications of the model you are considering.
