RIIZE Insomnia: Release Date, Song Credits and the 2027 Album Connection
RIIZE’s Insomnia arrived on October 26, 2026. It is a single, not the group’s second full-length album. The release description on Melon calls it a prologue to that album, currently planned for spring 2027. That distinction explains why a new song is available now while a larger album is still ahead.

What kind of song is Insomnia?
The label-supplied introduction describes an acoustic pop song centered on lyrical guitar, with restrained, plaintive vocals. Its subject is a sleepless night when thoughts about another person become clearer and more complicated. These are the release notes’ description; the song title is not a medical claim or a promise to help with sleep.
The credited writers and producers
Melon lists Korean lyrics by Kim Eana. Composition is credited to Jonathan Yip, Ray Romulus, Jeremy Reeves and August Rigo; arrangement is credited to The Stereotypes and August Rigo. The release introduction also notes Rigo’s earlier RIIZE connection through 9 Days.
Credits answer a different question from a mood description. If you are following the songwriters, use the exact names in the official listing instead of assuming that an artist performed every production role.
Where to listen—and what is still ahead
RIIZE’s official Japan release announcement links both the music video and the official streaming selector. It confirms the October 26 digital launch. The Melon listing contains one song under this single.
Spring 2027 is a planned album window, not a precise release day. It would be premature to treat this single’s date as the full album’s date or infer a complete album track list from one prologue song. Follow the group’s next official announcement for those details.
