It is a useful lead, but the report does not identify every detail of the version she used. Here is what her comments establish, how the current standard product works, and what to check before ordering.

ENCOUNT’s April 20, 2024 report covered a Wonjungyo product event in Tokyo. Momo, who had been a brand muse since 2022, discussed her own skincare habits there. She said she used the skin pack after washing her face with warm water and described it as something she used daily.
That context matters: these were comments at a brand event, not an independent comparative review. They support the connection between Momo and Wonjungyo’s skin pack, but they do not prove she personally recommends every variation sold under the brand. The article also mentions her habit of keeping it in a refrigerator. That is her personal routine, not the manufacturer’s universal storage instruction.
A skin pack is not a full-face sheet mask
The current standard Moist Up Ready Skin Pack is a pack of rectangular sheets for selected areas of the face. The official Japanese store lists a sheet size of 75 × 85 mm. Unlike a full-face mask, it does not have openings arranged around the eyes and mouth.
The current product page describes a perforation that lets you divide a sheet into smaller pieces. Think of it as a targeted moisturizing step before makeup, rather than a mask that covers your entire face. The picture here shows the official product; it is not a photograph of Momo’s own container.
How long should you leave it on?
The brand’s FAQ gives 3–5 minutes for a quick routine and 5–10 minutes when you have more time to prepare your skin. Follow the instructions on the pack you actually buy, especially if its version differs from the current Japanese listing.
Do not turn a short preparation step into an overnight treatment. The official guidance advises against leaving the sheets on for an extended period. A used sheet should not be reused or returned to the container. Close the lid or reseal the pouch after taking sheets out so the remaining contents do not dry out.
Does it need to go in the refrigerator?
No refrigeration requirement is established by Momo’s comment. The official storage guidance says to avoid direct sunlight and excessively high or low temperatures. Her reported habit and the product’s published storage instructions are different kinds of information.
If you want to follow her routine, keep that distinction in mind. Do not assume freezing the product, keeping it extremely cold, or changing its storage conditions improves its benefits. Use the storage instructions supplied with your purchase as your reference.
Check the name, sheet count and version
The official store offers different pack sizes, including 50-sheet and 12-sheet options, as well as other configurations. Compare the number of sheets and packs, not just the headline price. A travel-size pouch and a larger container are not equivalent purchases.
Also distinguish the standard product from versions with additional names such as DM. Momo’s mention of the skin pack is not evidence of her endorsement of each formula. Check the full name, seller, delivery destination and return conditions before ordering.
