Who Sings HUNTR/X Songs? Golden, Free and the Voice Cast Explained
Searching for the people singing “Golden” can bring up different names from the film’s voice cast. Here is a quick guide to the original soundtrack credits, without confusing the characters, actors and recording artists.

The singers behind Golden
EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI perform “Golden.” Netflix credits the same trio on “How It’s Done” and “What It Sounds Like.”
HUNTR/X is the fictional group in the film. When you want to follow the real performers, search their individual artist names as well as the song title.
Who sings Free?
The soundtrack version of “Free” is performed by EJAE and Andrew Choi. An actor’s separate cover is a different recording, even when it is the same song.
You can also see Ahn Hyo-seop’s own “Free” cover here.
Why do the cast names look different?
In the original English version, Arden Cho voices Rumi, May Hong voices Mira, and Ji-young Yoo voices Zoey. These are the spoken-role credits.
Think of the credits as two lists: who acts the dialogue, and who performs a particular recording. Neither list replaces the other.
How to find the recording you actually want
- For the film recording, match the song title and credited performers.
- For a cover, look for the individual artist and the word “cover.”
- For a performance clip, check its original uploader and description.
The official guide above includes music videos and track credits, making it a useful starting point before searching through reposts.
Soundtrack credits in one place
| Song | Credited performers |
| Golden / How It’s Done / What It Sounds Like | EJAE, Audrey Nuna, REI AMI |
| Free | EJAE, Andrew Choi |
| Soda Pop / Your Idol | Andrew Choi, Neckwav, Danny Chung, Kevin Woo, samUIL Lee |
| Takedown — TWICE version | Jeongyeon, Jihyo and Chaeyoung of TWICE |

Why two Takedown recordings can sound different
The soundtrack guide lists a HUNTR/X performance and a TWICE version. So if a clip sounds different from the version you remember, first compare the artist listing. It does not necessarily mean the uploader changed the audio.
Does Ahn Hyo-seop sing Free in the film?
The original soundtrack credits name EJAE and Andrew Choi. Ahn Hyo-seop’s separate cover is another recording; it should not be used to replace the film’s song credits.

Follow the voice behind Rumi
If you came here because Rumi’s dialogue sounded familiar, you are looking for Arden Cho rather than the artist name on “Golden.” Our profile connects that voice role with her live-action work so you can choose what to watch next.
