The concept behind IMPULSE
JYP describes the album through desire and impulse: the drive toward a goal, attraction to something forbidden, and choices that test a person. The agency characterizes the title track as EDM rock, moving from synthesizers and vocals toward stronger guitar-driven energy. This is the label’s description, not a claim that every track has the same arrangement.
The official track order
- Obsessed with Youth
- Give Up The Ghost
- Slashhh!
- u and me in arguments
- You Right There
- Love in dystopia
- Breathe in, Breathe out
Use the complete titles when searching a music service, particularly the punctuation in Slashhh! and Breathe in, Breathe out. An individual live clip or shortened social-media caption may omit that detail.
A useful first-listen route
Start with the title track to understand the release’s introduction, then play the album in its published order. If one section catches your ear, save that track’s exact title rather than treating the whole record as a single sound. A track list can tell you what belongs to the album; it cannot establish your favorite song in advance.
The official page also separates IMPULSE from earlier 2026 releases. Check the artwork and October 12 date when searching so that an older album or a concert listing does not get mistaken for this record.
